What happens with a deletion request?

1. Send your request

Select account deletion in the form, include your username and use an email address where we can reach you.

2. We verify ownership

We may ask for proportionate information to confirm the account is yours, and explain the next steps and timescale.

3. We confirm the outcome

The request covers your account, sign-in details, saved progress, inventory, social links and associated personal data. Any necessary retention will be explained, including the reason and period.

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account. Google Play subscriptions are managed separately in Google Play subscriptions. You can send a deletion request before cancelling a subscription. Messages or content already copied by another player may remain in their possession.
